Terms and Conditions
1. To apply for any offline/Online Courses you have to fill application form on website (www.agrimentors.in)
2. The available seats are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. For fee concessions, please refer to the Scholarship and Concession policy.
4. Incomplete forms will be rejected.
5. It is compulsory to provide correct details of parents. Test results and other information from the institute will be sent via SMS.
6. Any change of address or telephone number must be notified in writing to the office within 10 days.
7. Enrolled students must provide a photocopy of their Admit Card for various entrance and competitive exams as soon as they receive them. The institute reserves the right to use the photograph for publicity if the student secures a position/success in any of these exams.
8. Mobile phones/iPods are not allowed in class. If brought, they must be switched off. The Institute is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.
9. A student arriving more than 10 minutes late for classes/tests will not be allowed to enter the offline or online classroom.
10. If a student misses study material collection, the material can be collected from the office within 15 days; otherwise, it will not be given.
11. In case of lost or misplaced study material, students can obtain a duplicate set of notes against a payment.
12. In case of any mishap due to reasons beyond control, such as natural calamities (earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, etc.), occurring on the premises of AGRIMENTORS, the institute shall not be responsible in any manner.
13. If the Indian Government increases service tax, the extra amount will be borne by the students from the date of enforcement.
14. If a student does not pay the fee on the due date mentioned in the prospectus, they will be barred from attending classes. Parents and students are advised to deposit fees on time.
15. If a student's name is struck off due to non-payment of fees for more than 3 weeks from the due date, they will have to pay Extra Rs. 500/- for re-admission.
16. AGRIMENTORS reserves the right to make any alterations in its programs, venue, timing, and days of classes without prior notice. The Director's decision will be final and binding on students and parents.
17. If teachers feel that a student is not working hard, creating indiscipline, irregular in attendance, or not responding properly, they may be expelled from the Institute. The Director's decision will be final, and no fees will be refunded in such cases.
18. After depositing money towards registration, if a student wishes to withdraw after enrollment, the registration/admission fee will not be refunded or adjusted.
19. If any parent/guardian misbehaves with any staff member of AGRIMENTORS, the student may be rusticated. The Director's decision will be final, and no fees will be refunded in such cases.
20. Fees will not be refunded at any time after registration so before take admission must check our all staff and their teaching methods on YouTube Channel (Agrimentors)
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Managing Director, AGRIMENTORS, is final and binding on all faculty members, students, and business associates. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Punjab & Haryana High Court.
22. In Scholarship test Each contest has its own criteria, ranking, and rewards. AGRIMENTORS may reward winners at its discretion and reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest or rewards at any time without notice.
23. Shortlisted participants in Scholarship Test may be contacted for additional documentation. AGRIMENTORS is not responsible for incorrect or delayed communication. Rewards will be processed after verification within a timeline decided by AGRIMENTORS.
24. AGRIMENTORS may reject participants if the provided details are invalid, if terms are not met, or for any other reason deemed appropriate. The selection process, number of shortlisted participants, and type of rewards are subject to change at AGRIMENTORS' discretion. Participants should check the terms periodically for updates.
